\nShahid Alam<\/p>\n

The most important place for an artist is his studio, where he can create freely. In my new studio on Donnerberg in Stolberg, I am not only busy realising my ideas, I also give courses in drawing, painting and calligraphy. Young as well as older people can be artistically active with me. For me, everyone has creative abilities that can only be discovered in the artistic process.<\/p>\n

I let my students work freely and independently and only give them technical help in realising their own ideas. The calm and artistic atmosphere of my studio also contributes to inspiration.<\/p>\n

It is not a very big studio, but big enough for my needs and for my guests. Because the conversations with my guests about my art give me the opportunity to get to know the other person’s point of view.
